I’ve heard of these, but have never tried them. I’m curious to know if they can be worn while breastfeeding. Since they’re supposed to help flush toxins out, that means there can be more concentrated levels toxins running through your bloodstream and can be transferred to breastmilk. I know that doing any kind of detox is not recommended during pregnancy or during breastfeeding, but I’m not sure that these qualify as a true “detox”. I can’t find anything conclusive online, but would love to know the answer.
